Loved having access to a terrace, free parking, and WiFi. The sofa was comfy, and I enjoyed having my meals at the dining area. Plus, the nearest airport was just a hop, skip, and a jump away!
Oh, how I missed having a private entrance and a dining area. Such a shame, really.

I stayed at the Barn Conversion In Knitsley for a week and it was perfect for a couple's getaway. The apartment was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The kitchen was well equipped and the Wi-Fi signal was great. The location was quiet and peaceful, and the self-check-in process was easy. I also appreciated the provided coffee, tea, and sugar, as well as the dishwasher and washing machine tabs. a lovely place to stay with excellent facilities and a stunning view of traffic from the other entrance.

I recently stayed at a charming barn conversion in County Durham and had a wonderful experience. The peacefulness of the location was a highlight, surrounded by beautiful farmland and with a delightful view into a well-appointed courtyard. The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. The host's prompt communication and the property's cleanliness were also impressive. Additionally, the convenient proximity to amenities in the nearby village and a short drive to the city of Durham made it an ideal location for exploring the area.
The only minor drawback was the lack of curtains on one of the large windows in the front. This slightly reduced privacy in the evenings when walking through the apartment.

I recently stayed at The Byre, Knitsley and I was delighted with my experience. The check-in process was seamless as I was provided with clear instructions on where to find the keys, eliminating the need for a face-to-face handover. The apartment itself was exactly as depicted in the pictures - clean, well-equipped, and perfect for a week-long stay. I particularly enjoyed the little window above the sink, allowing me to keep an eye on my parked car. The location of the property was also convenient, as it was a short drive away from local supermarkets and attractions like Beamish Museum and Newcastle city centre. it was a lovely getaway for couples who don't mind having to drive for day trips.
While there was very little to dislike about the apartment, I would have appreciated a shelf in the shower for toiletries like soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Additionally, the bed was not very comfortable, especially for my husband who didn't sleep well throughout our stay.

The spacious and well-appointed apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the free Wi-fi connection was strong and reliable, allowing us to stay connected throughout our Christmas holiday. the location, in a rural and quiet area, was a great escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. We loved being able to hear the peaceful sounds of sheep bleating nearby.
the bed was not very comfortable, which affected our quality of sleep. These issues detracted from our overall impression of the property and made our holiday less enjoyable.

The apartment was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean throughout. The open plan kitchen/diner/living room was spacious and well-equipped. The Wi-Fi signal was great and the bathroom had a separate shower with excellent pressure. The location was very rural and peaceful, with a pleasant view into a well-appointed courtyard.
During our stay, we experienced extremely hot weather and keeping the apartment cool proved difficult. Additionally, there were only curtains for 2/3 of the large windows, which made the place feel a little exposed at night.
